3. Products & Veterinary Disclaimer

Nuzzlure is a red and near-infrared light therapy device designed to support your dog's comfort and mobility.

  • Not a medical device or veterinary treatment. Nuzzlure is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Not a substitute for veterinary care. The information on our website is for general educational purposes only. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new therapy, especially if your dog has a diagnosed condition, is on medication, is pregnant, or is recovering from surgery.
  • Do not stop prescribed treatment. Never stop or change any medication or treatment prescribed by your veterinarian without their guidance.
  • Individual results vary. Every dog is different, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

4. Safe Use

You agree to use Nuzzlure according to the instructions and the safety guidelines provided on our website and in the product packaging, including:

  • Not using the device over active tumors, open wounds with active bleeding, the abdomen of pregnant dogs, or open growth plates in young puppies.
  • Keeping the light away from your dog's eyes.
  • Following the recommended session lengths and brightness settings.
  • Supervising your dog during use and stopping if you notice any discomfort.
  • Not modifying, disassembling or charging the device with damaged cables.

We are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use against veterinary advice.

5. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change at any time before you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after confirmation.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it's your honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce that content on our website and marketing channels, with your first name and last initial. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

All content on this website, including the Nuzzlure name and logo, text, images, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@nuzzlure.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under local law.
